1. da Vinci hysterectomy (total laparoscopic hysterectomy) with or without bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (removal of the ovaries).
2. Vaginal hysteroctomy (removal of the uterus) with or without bilatera salpingo-oophorectomy.
3. Total Abdominal Hysterectomy with or without bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
4. Abdominal Sacral Colpoplexy (suspension of the vagina from the sacrum of vaginal prolapse)
5. Myomectomy (removal of fibroids from the uterus)
6. Anterior or Posterior Colporrhaphy (repair of the anterior and posterior vagina for cystocele or rectocele)
7. Endometrial ablation (removal of the lining of the uterus for bleeding problems) either in the office or in surgery.
8. Laparoscopy (inspection of the pelvis and surgery) for pelvic pain or treatment of endometriosis.
9. Laparoscopic tubal ligation (outpatient elective sterilization)
10. Laparoscopic with removal of one or both ovaries.
11. Insertion of intrauterine of the cervix or vagina with magnification)
12. Colposcopy (visualization of the cervix or vagina with magnification)
13. Removal of lesions from the vulva or vagina.
14. LEEP or cryo (removal or destruction of cervical tissue for cervical dysplasia)
15. Cesarea section and vaginal deliveries.
16. Dilation and curettage (removal of tissue from the uterus for bleeding problems or losses of pregnancy).
17. Hysteroscopy (visualization of the lining of the uterus for bleeding problems).
18. Hysterosalpingogram (x-ray study for infertility)
19. Endometrial biopsy (sampling of the lining of the uterus).
10. Pap smears, contraceptive management and annual exams.
